Position: Internship Program
Minimum Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Social or Natural Science field from a recognized higher education institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent.
Graduation Recentness
- Graduated within the last three (3) calendar years.
National Exit Examination
- Successful completion of the National Exit Examination (for domestic graduates).
Work Experience
- Prior work experience is not mandatory.
- Designed for graduates with strong potential, learning agility, and interest in banking careers.
Key Competencies
- Demonstrated interest in Interest‑Free Banking (Ethical Banking).
- Basic digital competency (MS Office, email, internet usage).
- Strong communication skills in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and build positive customer relationships.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- High integrity, positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to accept assignments in both city and rural areas.
