About the Internship Programme

The Internship Programme is designed as a career kick‑start within the banking industry. Interns will participate in structured trainings, receive a stipend to cover transportation expenses, and may be considered for permanent employment based on performance and availability of vacant posts.

Open Position: Internship – Customer Service

• Minimum Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Marketing Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • GPA above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam.
  • Year of Graduation: 2023 or later.
  • Age: Not more than 25 years.
• Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates eligible).
• Additional Requirements:
  • Commitment to internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in branches with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to sign internship program agreement.
  • Certifications in customer service, business intelligence, etc. are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Interest Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
