Available Positions

1. Banking Business Officer I

Duty Station: Yabu

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Junior Officer.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an additional advantage.

2. Senior Banking Business Officer

Duty Station: Bedelle

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years at Officer level in a similar role.

3. Financing Appraisal Officer II

Duty Station: Jimma District

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.
  • 3 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as Officer I in a financing or credit area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an additional advantage.

4. Branch Manager I

Duty Stations: Mettu and Bedelle Branches

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.
