1. Customer Service Officer I

• Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant banking experience
• Location: Ashewa Meda Banking Center, Ambo Banking Center

2. Customer Service Officer III – Accounts

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience, including 2 years as CSO I/II or equivalent
• Location: Ashewa Meda Banking Center, Ambo Banking Center

3. Customer Service Officer III – Cash

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience, including 2 years as CSO II or equivalent
• Location: Ashewa Meda Banking Center, Ambo Banking Center

4. Banking Center Manager (Grade C)

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 8 years progressive banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager
• Location: Ashewa Meda Banking Center, Ambo Banking Center

5. Deputy Banking Center Manager II

• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years as Deputy Banking Center Manager or CSO III – Accounts in a supervisory role
• Location: Ashewa Meda Banking Center, Ambo Banking Center
