1. Cleaner & Messenger

  • Education: Grade 10 complete
  • Experience: None required
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Store Keeper I

  • Education: BA in Purchasing & Supplies Management or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (experience in financial/insurance sector advantageous)
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Cashier

  • Education: BA in Accounting
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as Cashier
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Claim Officer I

  • Education: BA/BSc in Engineering, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years, including 1 year as Junior Claim Officer
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

5. Claim Officer II

  • Education: BA/BSc in Engineering, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years, including 2 years as Claim Officer I
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

6. Underwriting Officer I

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years, including 1 year as Underwriting Officer I
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa & Branches

7. Finance Division Manager

  • Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years, including 1 year as Principal or 2 years as Senior Officer
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

8 & 9. Junior Underwriter

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years, including 1 year as Officer
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa & Branches

10. Branch Manager

  • Education: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 6–7 years in insurance sector, including 2 years as Senior Officer
