1. Trainee Risk & Compliance Officer
- Education: BSc/BA in Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in risk and compliance
- Location: Addis Ababa
2. Junior IT Officer
- Education: BSc in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as IT Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Complaint Handling Officer I
- Education: BA/BSc in Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years; financial sector experience advantageous
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Store Keeper II
- Education: BA in Purchasing & Supplies Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, including 1 year as Store Keeper I
- Location: Addis Ababa
5. HR Officer II
- Education: BA in Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, including 1 year as HR Officer I
- Location: Addis Ababa
6. Senior Graphic & Design Officer
- Education: BA in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years; insurance sector experience advantageous

7. Executive Secretary
- Education: BA in SSOM (Secretarial Science and Office Management)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as Executive Secretary
- Location: Addis Ababa
8. Branch Manager
- Education: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 6–7 years in insurance sector, including 2 years as Senior Officer or equivalent
