Position 1: Underwriting Officer II
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the insurance sector, including 1 year as Junior/Underwriting Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Underwriting Officer
- Education: BA/BSc/MA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the insurance sector, with at least 2 years as Underwriting Officer I or II
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Principal Underwriting Officer
- Education: BA/BSc/MA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 6 years and 6 months in the insurance sector, including 2 years as Senior Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Sales Division Head
- Education: BA/MA/MBA in Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in insurance or financial institutions (insurance sector experience preferred)
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Branch Manager
- Education: BA/BSc/MA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in the insurance sector, including 1 year as Senior Underwriting Officer or equivalent
- Location: Addis Ababa
