Position: Customer Service Officer–II (CSO‑II)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Graduation Year: Expected graduates of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Age: Below 30 years.
• Academic Requirements:
  • Male applicants: GPA 3.00 and above.
  • Female applicants: GPA 2.75 and above.
  • Exit Exam Result: 50% and above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at branch level.
• Handle account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and related transactions.
• Support branch operations and promote Abay Bank’s products and services.
