Internship Details

• Position: Project Officer Intern / Junior Analyst Intern
• Career Level: Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)

• Location: Addis Ababa (office‑based, hybrid, or field assignments depending on project needs)

Internship Objectives

• Provide practical professional experience in development consulting and research
• Build analytical, technical, and professional skills of early‑career graduates

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in project logistics, stakeholder consultations, workshops, and reporting
• Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, data collection, and support quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Project Development Support: Contribute to concept notes, proposals, and consulting assignments
• Monitoring & Documentation: Support project monitoring, prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
