Abay Homes Real Estate is engaged in the construction and sale of commercial spaces and residential apartments. The company is currently seeking qualified candidates for Real Estate Sales Officer positions to support ongoing and newly launched projects in Addis Ababa.
Position: Real Estate Sales Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial units.
- Analyze customer needs and match them with suitable properties.
- Reach out to potential clients and capture accurate contact information.
- Conduct surveys and engage with clients in designated areas.
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Report daily on prospecting activity and customer follow‑ups.
- Plan and set objectives weekly, monthly, and annually.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).

Experience: 0–2 years in real estate sales or related industry.

- Strong customer service abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal & written)

Compensation
