Available Positions

1. Life Business Department Director (Re‑Advertised)

  • Education: BA/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years (BA) or 8 years (Master’s), including 7 years (BA) or 5 years (Master’s) as Division Manager.
  • Special Requirement: LOMA Certification; strong MS Office skills.
  • Job Grade: XIV
  • Location: Head Office

2. Branch Manager I

  • Education: BA/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years (BA) or 4 years (Master’s), including 4 years (BA) or 2 years (Master’s) in senior/principal roles.
  • Special Requirement: Strong MS Office skills.
  • Job Grade: X
  • Location: Addis Ababa Branches

3. Accountant I

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Accountant.
  • Special Requirement: Strong MS Office skills.
  • Job Grade: VI
  • Location: Head Office

4. Junior Cashier Accountant

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Special Requirement: Strong MS Office skills.
  • Job Grade: V
  • Location: Addis Ababa Branches

5. Junior Underwriting Officer

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Special Requirement: Strong MS Office skills.
  • Job Grade: V
  • Location: Addis Ababa Branches
