• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years (BA) or 6 years (MA) relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a senior position.

2. Senior Innovation and Research Officer

• Education: BA in Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
