Open Positions

1. Junior Cashier Accountant

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office competency.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Duty Station: Debre Birhan Branch.

2. System Administrator II

  • Education: BSc/MSc in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in a mid-level System Administrator role.
  • Special Requirement: MCSA/MCSP certification; hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022); 2+ years on core insurance systems preferred.
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

3. Senior System Administrator

  • Education: BSc/MSc in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in a mid-level System Administrator role.
  • Special Requirement: MCSA/MCSP certification; hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022); 2+ years on core insurance systems preferred.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Duty Station: Head Office.

4. Senior Legal Advisor & Commission Agents Coordinator

  • Education: LLB in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in a mid-level legal role.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office competency.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Recovery Wreck Yard).

5. Life Business Department Director

  • Education: BA/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting & Finance, Business, Leadership, Marketing Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    • BA holders: Minimum 10 years, including 7 years as Division Manager.
    • Master’s holders: Minimum 8 years, including 5 years as Division Manager.
  • Special Requirement: LOMA certification; strong MS Office competency.
  • Job Grade: XIV
  • Duty Station: Head Office.
