Position: Trainee Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Health, or related fields.

0–1 year of relevant experience, including internships or project‑based work.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Keen eye for visualization and design; ability to create compelling dashboards, layouts, and graphics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional analytical tools are an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Support research, analysis, and project delivery across public‑sector and private‑sector engagements.
- Develop structured visuals and data‑driven insights for presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Contribute to problem‑solving sessions and team discussions.
- Assist in designing solutions that drive measurable impact for clients.
