Position: Branch Manager I

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or other closely related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent position.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the District Office Director, the Branch Manager will:

• Plan, organize, direct, and control all branch activities.
• Mobilize resources and manage branch operations.
• Approve loans, overdraft facilities, and local/foreign transfers within authorized limits.
• Handle foreign exchange transactions.
• Review business and financial backgrounds of loan and guarantee applicants.
• Prepare regular reports on branch activities for effective oversight and decision‑making.
