Position 1: Junior Graphic Designer
Duty Station: Head Office
Career Level: Junior (1 year experience)
Responsibilities:
- Enhance user experience and brand awareness through consistent visual identity.
- Design logos, color palettes, typography, and visuals for publications, campaigns, ads, apps, and social media.
- Participate in web design and development to visually communicate the bank’s brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a graphic designer.
Position 2: Internal Auditor
Duty Station: Head Office – Internal Audit Department
Career Level: Junior (2 years experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in audit activities as per approved audit programs.
- Support the Manager of Performance & Operation Audit Division in reviewing bank operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year as a junior auditor.
Position 3: Performance & Operation Auditor
Duty Station: Head Office – Internal Audit Department
Career Level: Junior (2 years experience)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake performance and operation audit activities of the Bank.
- Compile and file audit reports under the supervision of the Division Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year as a junior auditor.
Position 4: Deputy Chief Officer, Retail Banking
Duty Station: Head Office – Banking Operation Office
Career Level: Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee retail banking operations across Branch Banking, Digital Banking, IFB, and District Offices.
- Drive integrated retail banking strategies for growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.
- Provide strategic leadership to Department Directors and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Master’s holders: Minimum 9 years of relevant banking experience, with 4 years in senior managerial roles.
- Bachelor’s holders: Minimum 11 years of relevant banking experience, with 5 years in senior managerial roles.
Position 5: Branch Manager I
Duty Station: Addis Ababa Branches
Career Level: Senior (7 years experience)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all branch activities.
- Mobilize resources, approve loans, overdrafts, and transfers within authorized limits.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and review loan/guarantee applicants.
- Prepare regular reports on branch activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles.
