Addis International Bank S.C. (AdIB) is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for its Graduate Trainee position for 2026. The opportunity is open to candidates who meet the stated education, graduation year, CGPA, and exit examination requirements.

Graduate Trainee

Job Type: Graduate Trainee

Minimum CGPA: 2.50
Job Locations: Multiple locations in Ethiopia

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or another closely related field.
  • Must have graduated in 2026 G.C.
  • Minimum CGPA of 2.50.
  • Must have passed the exit examination.

Experience

No prior work experience is required.

Graduate Trainee Program

The Graduate Trainee Program provides 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop professional banking skills.

Successful completion of the program requires the trainee to commit to serving Addis International Bank for a period of three years.

Addis Ababa, Adama, Adigrat, Agaro, Aweday, Axum, Aletawendo, Ambo, Assela, Bale, Bekoji, Bensa Daye, Bishoftu, Butajira, Dessie, Dukem, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Durame, Gambella, Ginnir, Harar, Hawassa, Jimma, Jigjiga, Logiya, Mekelle, Meki, Metema Yohannes, Mettu, Modjo, Sebeta area, Shire, Shashemene, Teppi, Wolkite, Woldiya, and Yirgachefe.

Candidates may be assigned to branches outside their selected locations, within or near their preferred areas, based on the Bank’s requirements.
