1. Junior Human Resource Officer

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, including recruitment and employee records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Respect for confidentiality.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and document verification.
• Support employee orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support employee relations and communication with staff.
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Assist senior HR team members with administrative and operational tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and HR standards.

2. Junior Industrial Engineer

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of work study, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on the production floor.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies and set standard times.
• Support line balancing, layout planning, and capacity planning.
• Monitor production efficiency and help identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze production data and prepare reports.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Work with supervisors and line staff to implement improvements.
• Assist senior Industrial Engineering team members with operational tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

3. Junior Accountant

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, financial records, and accounting principles.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and honesty.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and recording of transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Help with bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll data and expense documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and maintain organized records.
• Assist senior accountants with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
