1. Packaging Operator
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Experience in beverage or logistics operations/shop-floor environments is preferred.
2. Technician Electrical
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education.
Experience and Skills
- 4 years or more of maintenance experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical machine knowledge.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ability to execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and train operators in AM.
- Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo.
- Basic education in process automation control.
- Certified to work with low voltage.
- Proficient in required Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) skills and activities.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, including AutoCAD/P&ID and wiring diagrams.
3. Technician Mechanical
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
- BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education.
Experience and Skills
- 4 years or more of maintenance experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Very good technical machine knowledge.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ability to execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and train operators in AM.
- Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo.
4. Brewing Operator
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience and Skills
- 0–1 year of production experience in a beverage or food manufacturing company (FMCG).
