1️⃣ Senior Legal Service Officer – Head Office (Addis Ababa)

  • Qualification: LLB or LLM Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years (LLM) or 6 years (LLB) of relevant work experience, including 2 years as a legal consultant in the financial sector.
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Required Number: 1

2️⃣ Branch Chief Cashier I – Addis Ababa & Surrounding Areas

  • Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably 2 years in the microfinance or banking sector.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Required Number: 3

3️⃣ Customer Service Officer (Teller) I – Addis Ababa & Surrounding Areas

  • Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.
  • Job Grade: VII
  • Required Number: 4

4️⃣ Branch Accountant I – Addis Ababa & Surrounding Areas

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Insurance Management, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years (MA/MBA) or 5 years (BA) of relevant work experience, including 2 years as an accountant, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Required Number: 3

5️⃣ Branch Manager I – Addis Ababa & Surrounding Areas

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Insurance Management, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years (MA/MBA) or 6 years (BA) of relevant work experience, including 2 years in branch manager roles, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Required Number: 3
