1. Branch Manager

Number Required: 3
Location: Addis Ababa, Darge, and other outlying branches

Education

• MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Credit & Loan Officer.

Technical Skills

• Basic financial management and reporting tools.
• Basic computer application skills.

Knowledge and Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
• Excellent knowledge of company operational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of KYC principles.
• Knowledge of branch-level regulatory requirements.

2. Senior IT Auditor

Location: Head Office

Education

• MA/BA Degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in related positions.

Technical Skills

• Auditing logical access, change management, backup and recovery, system operations, job scheduling, incident management, and IT governance.
• Planning, executing, documenting, and reporting risk-based IT audits covering IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and technology-related business processes.
• Understanding CBS functionality, user access, transaction processing, interfaces, parameter settings, data integrity, and system-generated reports.
• Identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and monitoring IT, cyber, operational, and technology-related risks in an MFI environment.
• Evaluating input, processing, validation, authorization, exception handling, interface, and output controls within applications.

• Information security.

3. Marketing Expert
