Prime Capital S.C. is a licensed investment bank regulated by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) and a trading member of the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX). The company provides transaction advisory, capital raising, underwriting, and trading and brokerage services in Ethiopia.

Prime Capital is hiring professionals for Business Development, Marketing, and Business Development Management positions in Addis Ababa.

1. Business Development Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Research, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in business development, sales, corporate relations, or investment banking.

Key Requirements:

• Proposal writing and pitch deck development
• Tender and bid preparation
• Strong presentation skills
• Client meetings and relationship management
• Negotiation and business development skills

Role: Responsible for the full business development cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, pitch preparation, client meetings, negotiation, and mandate closing.

2. Marketing Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of marketing experience.

Key Requirements:

• Digital marketing and brand management
• Event planning
• Market research and analysis
• Content creation and copywriting
• Presentation skills

Role: Lead the Marketing Division by developing and executing strategies to build brand equity, drive client acquisition, and support the CFA and Trading & Brokerage divisions.

3. Business Development Manager

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Economics, or a related field with 6 years of business development experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree in the same or related fields with 8 years of business development experience.

Key Requirements:

• Proven record of securing mandates or closing deals
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian capital markets and regulations
• Proposal writing and pitch preparation
• Client relationship management
• Excellent presentation skills

Role: Lead the Business Development Division, driving client acquisition, proposal development, and relationship management across customer segments.
