Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and check front-office customer service support at the branch.
  • Handle and verify account maintenance activities.
  • Process payment and collection transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Support the processing of customer requests in accordance with branch procedures.

Educational Qualification

  • BA degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or a related position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the Finance and Treasury Department.
  • Review controls relating to financial and treasury activities.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance, tax-related activities, budgeting, procurement payments, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Assess internal controls over other related departmental activities.
