Position 1: Customer Service Officer I

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant banking experience.

Competencies

• Understanding of general financial products and services.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting systems.
• Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and core banking systems.
