Position 1: Branch Business Manager I – Addis Ababa

Role Purpose

Lead branch‑level growth and excellence by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, and market expansion. Mobilize and deploy resources effectively while implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the Bank’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, banking policies, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Core Banking Systems.
• Project management and leadership skills.

Position 2: Corporate Business Relationship Manager‑IFB – Dire Dawa

Role Purpose

Grow and maintain a portfolio of clients by recommending or selling IFB Corporate Banking products and cross‑selling other Bank services. Prospect new customers, manage expectations, and provide business advice to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Islamic Banking Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including 2 years in middle or line management.
• Strong skills in business development, credit analysis, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent relationship management and customer insight.
