Position 1: Branch Manager – Addis Ababa Branch

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, regulatory directives, and national laws.
  • Coordinate sales and business development efforts.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and guide operational excellence.
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Engage in community activities and maintain close ties with the business community.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional banking experience, including at least 1 year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong competencies in:
    • Team building and analytical skills
    • Modern management techniques
    • Organizational and leadership skills
    • Customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Knowledge of commercial business law and sector regulations

Position 2: Branch Manager I – Bishoftu Menharia Branch

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage branch operations in Bishoftu.
  • Ensure compliance with banking procedures, regulatory directives, and national laws.
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives.
  • Lead customer service excellence and operational performance.
  • Prepare budgets, work plans, and reports.
  • Represent the Bank in community activities and strengthen business relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional banking experience, including at least 1 year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
