Position: Graduate Trainee

The Graduate Trainee role is designed to prepare young professionals for a career in banking through structured training and hands‑on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or other banking‑related fields.
• Work Experience: Not required (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Academic Performance: CGPA 2.75 and above.
• Graduation Year: Only 2024 & 2025 graduates eligible.
• Age: Less than 25 years.
• Exit Exam: Minimum score of 50.
• COC Certificate: Mandatory for Level IV graduates.
• Knowledge: Shari’ah law and principles of Interest‑Free Banking (compulsory).
