Position: Customer Service Officer I

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant banking experience

Competencies:

• Understanding of general financial products and services
• Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting systems
• Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and core banking systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide front‑office customer service support at the branch
• Handle account maintenance, payments, and collections
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Manage cash and non‑cash transactions efficiently
