Position: Branch Manager (Addis Ababa Branch)

Job Purpose

The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the branch office. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory directives
  • Coordinating sales and business development efforts of the branch
  • Leading customer service initiatives and guiding operational excellence
  • Preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports
  • Participating in community activities and engaging with the business community to promote the Bank’s services

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in banking
  • At least 1 year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role
