1. Senior Audit Follow‑Up and Analysis Officer

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Career Level: Mid‑Level (3–5 years)
Number Required: 1

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in auditing.
  • IFB (Interest‑Free Banking) training certification is advantageous.

2. Internal Auditor

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Career Level: Junior (1–3 years)
Number Required: 1

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • IFB training certification is advantageous.

3. Branch Manager

Location: Dessie Branch
Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
Number Required: 1

Purpose of the Job
To support sustainable and profitable growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery, efficient branch operations, and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery plans to optimize customer experience.
  • Ensure proper compilation and submission of loan and foreign currency requests.
  • Coordinate with customer relationship management and other branches for cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve customer service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Branch Operations Director to set objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure speedy resolution.
  • Maintain adequate staffing and training for customer service personnel.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives to promote the Bank’s products and services.
  • Review branch accounts and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience.
  • IFB training certification is advantageous.
