Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or another related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Branch Office Operation Officer will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operational activities of the branch office.
• Monitoring the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational directives at branch level.
• Monitoring attendance and staff-related administrative matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Identifying operational challenges and providing timely reports and recommendations to the Branch Manager.
• Following up on pending operational issues and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Supporting effective coordination among branch employees and departments.
• Assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
