1. Banking Business Officer I

Location: Shashemene and Dilla

Qualification and Experience

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.
• 1 year of branch banking experience, including at least 6 months as a Junior Officer or equivalent position.

• Customer experience.
• Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product knowledge.
• Problem identification and solution.

2. Banking Business Officer II

Qualification and Experience

• 2.5 years of branch banking experience, including 1 year as Banking Business Officer I (BBO I).

• Customer experience.
