Available Positions
Position 1: Graduate Trainee – 22 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience: No prior work experience required
- Graduation Year: 2025 and 2026 graduates only
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00 for male applicants / 2.75 for female applicants
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Work Locations: Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma, Wegere, and Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Service Officer – 11 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or related work
- Work Locations: Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma, Wegere, and Addis Ababa
Position 3: Accountant – 11 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or related work
- Work Locations: Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma, Wegere, and Addis Ababa
Position 4: Cashier – 11 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking, or related work
- Work Locations: Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma, Wegere, and Addis Ababa
Position 5: Branch Manager – 12 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including 2 years in a supervisory position
- Work Locations: Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma, Wegere, and Addis Ababa
Salary and Benefits
