1. Graduate Trainee – 22 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.

Requirements:

• Graduating classes of 2025 or 2026 only
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants
• Maximum age: 28 years
• No prior work experience required

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma and Wegere

2. Customer Service Officer – 11 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking or related work.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma and Wegere

3. Accountant – 11 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking or related work.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma and Wegere

4. Cashier – 11 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking or related work.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma and Wegere

5. Branch Manager – 12 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in microfinance or banking
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Burrie, Meriawi, Lumame, Debre Tabor, Kobo, Lalibela, Jamma and Wegere
