Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C. is a microfinance institution established to provide financial and non-financial services to underserved and middle-income communities through affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services.

The institution is inviting applications from eligible 2025 and 2026 graduates for its Graduate Trainee position.

Salary: Based on the institution’s salary scale
Work Locations: Multiple locations across Ethiopia

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Graduating class of 2025 or 2026.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5 for male applicants.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 for female applicants.
• Maximum age of 25 years.
• No prior work experience is required.
