Position: Trainee Banker

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Graduates of 2025 & 2026 only.
• CGPA 3.00 and above.
• Must have passed the National Exit Exam.
• No prior work experience required.

Language Proficiency

• Strong command of Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English (listening, speaking, and writing).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver frontline banking services to clients.
• Financial Transactions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking policies and procedures.
• Branch Support: Assist branch operations and reporting.
