The recruitment covers opportunities in culinary and food & beverage, front office, hotel operations, finance, marketing, procurement, engineering, recreation, healthcare, laundry, and housekeeping.

Culinary and Food & Beverage

  1. Chef De Partie
    • Certificate/diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
    • COC in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 3 years of kitchen experience with section responsibility.
  2. Chef De Partie – Pastry
    • Certificate/diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
    • COC in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 3 years of kitchen experience with section responsibility.
  3. Commis III
    • COC in Food Preparation/Culinary Arts, NTQF Level I.
    • Entry-level position; culinary training or willingness to learn.
  4. Commis II
    • Certificate in Food Preparation/Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
    • COC in Food Preparation/Culinary Arts, NTQF Level II.
    • At least 1 year of kitchen experience; food-hygiene/HACCP awareness preferred.
  5. Pastry Chef
    • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, equivalent professional training, or a related field.
    • COC in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 4 years of professional kitchen experience with section responsibility.
    • Experience in menu/section production, food costing (USALI), HACCP, and Ethiopian and international cuisine.
  6. Executive Chef
    • Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary training.
    • COC in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation, NTQF Level V.
    • Advanced HACCP/food-safety and culinary certifications required/preferred.
    • At least 10 years of professional kitchen experience, including senior culinary leadership.
  7. Bartender
    • TVET certificate/diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Bar Service, or Hotel Operations preferred.
    • COC in Food & Beverage Service/Bar Service, NTQF Level II–III.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  8. Hostess / Host / Receptionist
    • COC in Food & Beverage Service/Front Office, NTQF Level II.
    • Hospitality/front-of-house experience preferred.
  9. Bus Boy / Girl
    • COC in Food & Beverage Service, NTQF Level I.
    • No prior experience required.
  10. Outlet Cashier
    • COC in Accounting/Food & Beverage Service, NTQF Level II.
    • Grade 12; accounting or hospitality certificate preferred.
    • At least 1 year of cashiering or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
    • POS operation, cash handling, and reconciliation skills.
  11. Steward Supervisor
    • COC in Hotel Operations/Food Hygiene, NTQF Level III.
    • Grade 12.
    • At least 3 years of stewarding experience with some supervisory exposure.
    • Knowledge of sanitation, equipment handling, chemical safety, and inventory basics.
  12. Outlet Supervisor
    • Certificate/diploma in Food & Beverage Service or COC in Food & Beverage Service, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 3 years of Food & Beverage service experience with supervisory exposure.
  13. Outlet & Bar Manager
    • Degree/diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management or equivalent experience.
    • COC in Food & Beverage Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including outlet leadership.
  14. Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – F&B
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
    • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
    • COC in Food & Beverage/Hotel Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 8 years of Food & Beverage experience, including senior multi-outlet leadership.

Business Centre, Concierge and Front Office

  1. Business Centre Agent
    • Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or Hospitality.
    • COC in Office Administration/Front Office, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 1 year of office/business support or front-office experience.
  2. Meeting Concierge
    • Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Events, or Business.
    • COC in Hospitality/Events & Front Office, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 3 years of relevant events, front-office, or business-centre experience.
  3. Concierge Agent
    • Diploma/certificate in Hotel Management or Tourism.
    • COC in Front Office/Concierge Services, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 1 year of concierge or front-office experience.
  4. Concierge Supervisor
    • Diploma/degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
    • COC in Front Office/Concierge Services, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 4 years of concierge/guest-services experience with supervisory experience.
  5. Duty Manager
    • Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
    • COC in Hotel Operations/Front Office, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 4 years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory/duty experience.
  6. Reservations Supervisor
    • Diploma/degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business.
    • COC in Front Office/Hotel Operations, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 3 years of reservations or front-office experience.
    • PMS/CRS, channel management, rate handling, upselling, and Microsoft Office skills.
  7. Revenue Manager
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • COC in Hotel Management/Revenue Management, NTQF Level V.
    • Revenue-management certification and USALI training preferred.
    • At least 5 years of revenue, reservations, or commercial hospitality experience.
  8. Front Office Manager
    • Degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
    • COC in Front Office/Hotel Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 5 years of front-office experience, including leadership.
    • Knowledge of PMS, front-office operations, rooms revenue, guest-service standards, and Ethiopian registration/immigration.

Finance and Administration

  1. Accountant
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or COC in Accounting & Finance, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
    • Knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, Ethiopian tax, accounting systems, and Excel.
  2. Income Auditor
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance.
    • COC in Accounting & Finance, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 2 years of accounting, audit, front-office, or night-audit experience.
  3. Finance and Business Support Manager
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
    • ACCA/CPA is an advantage.
    • COC in Accounting & Finance, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel/lodge finance function.

Marketing, Procurement and Stores

  1. Marketing Officer
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • COC in Marketing/Communications, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 2 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in hospitality/tourism.
  2. Purchasing Officer
    • Diploma/degree in Procurement & Supply, Business, or a related field.
    • COC in Procurement & Supply, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 2 years of purchasing or stores experience, preferably in hospitality.
  3. Material Controller – Stores
    • COC in Stores & Inventory Management, NTQF Level III.
    • Grade 12 completion.
    • At least 2 years of stores or warehousing experience, preferably in hospitality.
  4. Catering Sales Manager
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • COC in Marketing/Sales, NTQF Level V, is required.
    • At least 5 years of hotel sales/catering-sales experience, including leadership.

Engineering and Maintenance

  1. Engineering Technician – Preventive Maintenance
    • COC in Building Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance, NTQF Level III, or Grade 10/12.
    • TVET certificate/diploma in the relevant trade.
    • At least 2 years of preventive or building maintenance experience.
  2. Engineering Technician – HVAC
    • COC in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning/HVAC, NTQF Level IV.
    • Grade 10/12 and relevant TVET certificate/diploma.
    • At least 2 years of HVAC or building maintenance experience.
  3. Duty Engineer
    • Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
    • COC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 4 years of building maintenance experience with supervisory exposure.
  4. Director of Engineering
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
    • COC in Engineering/Facility Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 10 years of facilities/engineering experience, including senior leadership.

Recreation, Health and Guest Services

  1. Children’s Activities Coordinator
    • Certificate/diploma in Recreation, Education, Childcare, or Hospitality.
    • COC in Recreation/Early Childhood & Play, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 2 years of experience working with children in activities or education.
  2. Swimming Pool Attendant
    • COC in Recreation/Pool Operations, NTQF Level II.
    • Grade 10.
    • Hospitality or recreation experience preferred.
  3. Lifeguard
    • COC in Recreation/Aquatic Safety & Rescue, NTQF Level II.
    • Grade 10.
    • Strong swimming ability essential.
    • Valid lifeguard, water-rescue, and first-aid/CPR certification required.
  4. Spa Therapist
    • Diploma/certificate in Spa Therapy, Massage, or Beauty & Wellness.
    • COC in Spa Therapy/Beauty & Wellness, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 2 years of spa-therapy experience, preferably in hospitality.
  5. Recreation Manager
    • Degree/diploma in Tourism, Recreation, Hospitality, or equivalent COC.
    • COC in Tourism/Recreation & Leisure Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 5 years of recreation, leisure, or resort operations experience, including leadership.
  6. Nurse
    • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognised institution, or COC in Nursing, NTQF Level IV.
    • Valid nursing licence/registration and current first-aid/BLS certification required.
    • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Laundry and Housekeeping

  1. Laundry Attendant
    • COC in Laundry Operations/Textile Care, NTQF Level I.
    • No prior experience required.
    • Knowledge of washing, drying, pressing, sorting, and chemical safety.
  2. Laundry Supervisor
    • COC in Laundry Operations/Textile Care, NTQF Level III.
    • At least 3 years of laundry experience with supervisory exposure.
  3. Housekeeping Manager
    • Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Housekeeping.
    • COC in Housekeeping & Accommodation, NTQF Level IV.
    • At least 4 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
  4. Executive Housekeeper
    • Degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or a related field.
    • COC in Housekeeping & Accommodation/Hotel Management, NTQF Level V.
    • At least 6 years of housekeeping experience, including leadership in hospitality.
