ZamZam Bank S.C. is recruiting qualified candidates for six positions in banking, branch operations, engineering, customer service, and internal audit. The vacancies are available at selected branches and district offices in Ethiopia.

ZamZam Bank is an interest-free bank focused on financial inclusion and Shari'ah-compliant banking services.

Available Positions

1. Civil Engineer II

Education:

  • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Building, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in an engineering-related area or property valuation/property assessment.

Duty Stations:

  • Head Office
  • North District Office, Dessie

2. Banking Business Officer I

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of branch banking experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Officer.

Additional Advantage:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB).

Duty Stations:

  • Adaba Branch
  • Gambela

3. Senior Banking Business Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years at Officer level in a similar role.

Duty Stations:

  • Adaba Branch
  • Gambela

4. Customer Service Supervisor

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • The source also specifies BA-level qualifications in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

Experience:

  • 4 years of banking operations experience.
  • At least 1 year as a Senior Banking Business Officer.

Duty Stations:

  • Logia Branch
  • Adama Branch

5. Branch Manager I

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.

Duty Stations:

  • Addis Ababa
  • Adaba Branch

6. Internal Auditor II

Education:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of banking experience.
  • At least 1 year as Officer I in an Internal Audit area.

Duty Station:

  • East District Office, Dire Dawa
