Position: Audit Manager
Job Summary
The Audit Manager ensures profitability of the service line by maintaining client relationships, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The role involves managing engagements, overseeing audit teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and contributing to business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, planning, coordination, and control of audit engagements.
- Direct, coach, and mentor associates and senior associates.
- Prepare audit plans and time budgets in coordination with partners.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor audit progress against time budgets.
- Conduct entrance meetings with clients and review audit working papers.
- Ensure audit documentation is complete, cross‑referenced, and compliant.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and clear outstanding issues.
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Support partners in monitoring audit service quality.
- Evaluate associate performance for engagement and year‑end reviews.
Qualifications
- MA/BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- 8 years’ external audit experience (MA holders) or 10 years (BA holders).
- Minimum 3 years in Senior Auditor or Audit Manager positions.
- ACCA or equivalent certification required.

- Strong technical proficiency in audit and accounting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems.
