Open Positions

Role 1: Legal Liaison Officer

Employment Type: Full‑time
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations and provide legal liaison support.
  • Ensure compliance with enforcement and security requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BA or Diploma in Law, Enforcement and Security, Forensic, Criminology, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Police Service work experience in investigation.
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high motivation.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
  • Capacity to adapt to organizational growth strategies.

Role 2: Senior Reinsurance Officer

Employment Type: Full‑time
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Manage reinsurance operations and statistical analysis.
  • Oversee financial and economic aspects of reinsurance activities.
  • Coordinate with management and marketing teams to support reinsurance functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BSc/BA in Statistics, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high motivation.
