Position Details

About the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Awash Wine products, collecting customer orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting product availability, and assisting in achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role also serves as the primary point of contact between the company and customers while supporting sales and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the company's primary contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Visit existing customers according to scheduled call plans.
• Receive customer orders and ensure product availability.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Follow up on agent sales activities and delivery frequency.
• Support retail outlets in maintaining appropriate product stock levels.
• Encourage adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock management method.
• Assist agents in improving product sell-out performance.
• Support route planning and monitor compliance with approved delivery routes.
• Verify that customer outlets are visited according to the planned schedule.
• Communicate the company's recommended retail prices (RRP) to retail outlets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports within the required timelines.

Education Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• No prior work experience is required.
• Only 2025 and 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
