1. Teachers (Multiple Subjects)

Elon Academy is recruiting teachers for the following subject areas:

Languages

• Amharic

Natural Sciences & Mathematics

• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology
• General Science
• Environmental Science

Social Sciences

• History
• Geography
• Civics and Ethical Education
• Social Studies (Primary Level)

Technology, Arts & Physical Education

• Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Health and Physical Education
• Performing and Visual Arts (PVA)

Educational Qualification

• B.Ed, M.Sc, or M.A. in the relevant field.

Experience

• 1–10 years of relevant teaching experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies.
• Commitment to student-centered learning.

2. School Principal

Educational Qualification

• B.Ed, M.Sc, or M.A. in a relevant field.

Experience

• 1–10 years of relevant academic leadership or teaching experience.

Required Skills

• Leadership and team management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Classroom management.
• Educational planning.

Duty Station

Successful applicants will work at Winget, Addis Ababa, serving Elon Academy's Imperial Mariam Church and Addisu Gebeya campuses.
