Position: Gardner (አትክልተኛ)

Minimum Requirements

• Education: 6th Grade Complete
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant gardening or landscaping experience
• Experience in the banking industry is an added advantage

Job Purpose

The Gardner is responsible for maintaining the Bank’s greenery and ensuring a clean, attractive, and well‑kept environment across BoA buildings and office compounds.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain plants and greenery located at the Head Office, District Offices, and various BoA buildings
• Water plants regularly and ensure proper soil and fertilizer application
• Keep plant areas clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Request and assist in the procurement of new plants and gardening materials
• Support additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
