Available Positions

1. Administrative Assistant
   • Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
   • Place of Work: Head Office.
2. Human Capital Clerk
   • Qualification: Level IV/10+3/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years in human capital/human resource management.
   • Place of Work: Head Office (Human Capital Operations Department).
3. Manager, Branch Sales and Customer Service
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
   • Languages: Proficiency in Af‑Somali and Amharic preferred.
   • Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa District.
4. Branch Manager I
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year as Manager, Branch Operation, Business Manager, or equivalent role.
   • Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa District.
