1. Junior Sales Officer

• Number Required: 5
• Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
• Required Skills: Basic computer skills, familiarity with sales documentation, effective communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet sales targets.
• Workplace: Sales outlets around Bole Friendship Building, Ground Floor, Addis Ababa.

2. Executive Secretary and Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science and Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years in executive assistance, senior secretarial work, or high-level administrative support. Experience supporting senior executives, general managers, or C-level management is highly desirable.
• Required Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Amharic is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong document preparation, meeting coordination, report writing, information management, organization, confidentiality, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

3. Senior Logistics and Fleet Officer

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation, or a similar role. Experience managing company vehicles and supporting project-based operations is an advantage.
• Required Skills: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance planning, fuel control, fleet documentation, logistics coordination, Microsoft Excel, and logistics reporting systems. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

4. Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building and Interior Construction

• Education: BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in building construction, renovation, or interior fit-out projects.
• Required Skills: Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, drawings, measurement methods, construction techniques, and finishing details. Practical experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, tendering, valuation, variation assessment, and cost control.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is required. Experience with CostX, PlanSwift, or equivalent software is an advantage.

5. Junior AI Engineer

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant AI training, bootcamps, or professional certifications are required.
• Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, frameworks, APIs, or AI application development.
• Technical Skills: Good programming skills in Python and a basic understanding of machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI application development. Familiarity with AI APIs, OpenAI-compatible APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks is required.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and application deployment is an advantage.
• Required Competencies: Analytical and problem-solving skills, practical learning ability, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Portfolio: AI projects, GitHub repositories, prototypes, or working applications are an advantage.

6. IT Project Manager

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, project coordination, or technology implementation. Experience coordinating technical teams, IT infrastructure or ICT projects, client-facing activities, vendors, and implementation activities is an advantage.
• Certifications: CAPM or an equivalent project management qualification and ITIL Foundation (ITIL-F). PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantages.
• Technical Skills: Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, progress tracking, and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent tools. Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data centers, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Required Competencies: Requirements analysis, problem-solving, risk management, reporting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
