Betsegah Maternal & Child Health Center (MCHC) has provided maternal and pediatric healthcare services in Addis Ababa for more than two decades. Following its relocation and expansion near Gurd Shola, the center focuses on combining advanced medical care with patient-centered service.

Available Job Positions

1. NICU Nurse

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Not specified

Education and Licensure

• Bachelor’s Degree in NICU Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license/registration from the relevant health regulatory body in Ethiopia.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation or Basic Pediatric Life Support is highly valued.

Experience

• 0 years of experience — entry-level and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior clinical internship or clinical attachment experience in pediatric or neonatal wards is an advantage.

2. Laboratory Technician

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Not specified

Education and Licensure

• BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license/registration from the relevant health authority.

Experience

• 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience as a Laboratory Technician or Technologist.
• Experience in a reputable hospital, medical center, or diagnostic clinic is required.

3. Health Center Administrator

Location: Addis Ababa

Education

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field:

• Business Administration
• Healthcare Management
• Public Health
• Accounting
• Finance
• Management

A combination of project management, clinical, and finance experience/background is highly valued.

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in an administrative leadership role.
• Experience should be within the healthcare sector, such as a hospital, clinic, health center, or medical center in Ethiopia.
• Experience in the hospitality sector in Ethiopia is also considered.

4. Driver

Location: Addis Ababa

Education and License

• High School Diploma — Grade 8 or Grade 10 completed — or TVET certification.
• Valid Grade 3 (Public 1) or equivalent driving license in Ethiopia.

Experience

• 1–3 years of proven professional driving experience with a medical center, company, organization, hotel, or hospitality-sector employer.
• Extensive experience and strong familiarity with operating and handling Toyota HiAce minibus vehicles in Addis Ababa is mandatory.
