1. Operator (Production)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Education and Certification
Minimum TVET Level 3/4 or Diploma with CoC certification in one of the following or a related field:
- Manufacturing Technology
- Industrial Mechanics
- Industrial Electricity
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electricity or Electronic Engineering
- Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Food Science
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop-floor setting.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while adhering to company values.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on different tasks.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills.
