Available Job Positions

1. Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer – 8 Positions

Location: Addis Ababa

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related engineering field.
• NEBOSH certification in IGC1 and IGC2.
• 2–3 years of experience coordinating HSE in a large construction project or manufacturing sector.

Key Competencies

• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, safety directives, and environmental regulations.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification.
• First aid and emergency preparedness.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

2. Finance System Management Specialist

Location: Addis Ababa

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• ERP certification is an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation.
• Experience in a complex organization is preferred.
• Real estate or construction experience is an advantage.

3. Project Finance & Cost Control Specialist

Location: Addis Ababa

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Project management, quantity surveying, or cost engineering qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, management accounting, construction finance, or related fields.
• Strong experience managing finance for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive projects is highly desirable.
