Available Positions

1. Branch Accountant I – 2 Vacancies
   • Qualification: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Microfinance, Financial sector, or Fintech. Direct Branch Accountant experience (6 months) preferred.
   • Skills: Knowledge of core banking systems.
   • Location: Addis Ababa and Adama.
2. Branch Manager I – 2 Vacancies
   • Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Customer Service Officer or 1 year direct Branch Manager experience in Microfinance or the financial sector.
   • Location: Addis Ababa and Adama.
