Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Execution is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a Customer Program Manager for clients across Africa and the Middle East.
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- 1+ year experience in the aerospace industry
- 1+ year experience in supply chain roles
- Experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (minimal)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
- SAP knowledge
- Engineering/technical background
- Account management or customer support experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding culture and business strategies
- Provide world‑class customer support and account health management
- Coordinate with internal partners to recommend solutions and resolve delivery issues
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and internal teams
- Manage customer orders, delivery requirements, and returns using Boeing systems
- Monitor performance metrics and share with customers and partners

- Locally hired position in Addis Ababa (no relocation assistance)
