2. Junior Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related field
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Skills: Strong communication, customer handling, multitasking capability
3. Purchaser
- Education: BA Degree in Purchasing Management, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Skills: Negotiation, reporting, ERP/procurement systems, Microsoft Office, fluency in Amharic & English (additional languages are a plus)
4. Senior Human Resource Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Business Management, Personnel Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 8 years
- Skills: HR management, labor law, employee relations, MS Office/iWork, problem‑solving, time management
5. Reception / Information Desk Worker
- Education: Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Skills: Customer service orientation, active listening, communication, time management
6. Junior Training Coordination & Follow‑Up Officer
